| Additional Information | Phil bought this car locally as a running restoration, with non-standard front wings and roof aerial fitted. At the time of purchase, it had no LEB dashboard plaque, and we recorded it on the Register as a 'registration number' entry. However, Phil contacted us in August 2004 with some good news: Having used powers of detection that would have made Frost and Morse look amateur, not forgetting an immense amount of luck, I am now in possesion of the original plaque for my LEB.It had never been stuck on the car and the second owner cherished the car and held on to the plaque as a momento of happier times. |
