I'm the 6th owner of Lil'Bug (LEB 184), and recently bought her from Steph. I have a full history. The first owner ran the car and serviced it for just twelve months before selling it on. The second owner kept her from 1979 to 1999, and she was dry-stored in a garage for ten of those years. She was then sold to a dentist, who owned her from 1999 until selling her in June 2003 through Lightcliffe Motors (a genuine VW dealer on the outskirts of Halifax), to Simon Settle who had it till 2006 and then sold to Steph. The car came with the original VAG Service System book which includes every MOT, the service record for the car, records of who originally bought it and where from (with the salesman's details), the original spare keys, the instruction manual and VAG Service System Manual, which features some entertaining translations from German into English!
